Validasi penggunaan Panel Half Slab Precast pada Perencanaan Ruko di Sumatera Utara

Salah satu inovasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan kontruksi masa kini adalah penggunaan sistem beton precast diantaranya pelat lantai precast. Penggunaan pracetak yang cukup sering digunakan half slab Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan simulasi pemodelan produk atap menggunakan dengan penulangan one way pada fungsi ruko sebagai rumah tinggal perkantoran difokuskan untuk wilayah Sumatera Utara 6 jenis tipe pelat, yaitu HS-1, HS-2, HS-3, HS-5 HS-6. Dengan ini diharapkan tercipta generasi dapat dipasarkan memenuhi kebutuhan konstruksi di Sumatera. Hasil dari tebal rencana mengacu nilai minimum diperoleh kondisi setiap kemungkinan tumpuan sebesar 16 cm. Momen terbesar terjadi HS-3 momen 1388,45 kgm terletak arah x. memiliki dimensi total 650 mm x 300 mm, perparsial 124 290 mm. Besarnya lendutan berdasarkan hasil analisis software ETABS, memperlihatkan 11,633 difungsikan tinggal, 15,131 perkantoran, serta 15,424 atap, menunjukkan bahwa baik ataupun pelt persyaratan maksimum, sehingga meminimalisir defleksi atau deformasi berpengaruh negatif kekuatan kemampuan layan suatu struktur.
